If you receive an incorrect item or if the product does not match its description, we gladly accept returns or offer a refund. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos, and we’ll arrange a resolution. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases if the product has been opened.
