Garlic Granules – Coarse Cut are made from dried garlic bulb that has been granulated to a 10/20 mesh size (0.85mm - 2mm), giving a noticeably coarser texture than standard fine garlic granules.
They deliver the familiar savoury, pungent garlic flavour and aroma of fresh garlic in a convenient dried form, while the larger granule size provides more visible texture in seasoning blends, rubs, marinades and cooked dishes.
