Traditionally enjoyed as a nourishing herbal infusion, nettle has long been valued in herbal tea blends for its clean, mineral-rich character and smooth everyday drinkability.
It makes a lovely simple tea on its own, especially for those who enjoy green, leafy herbal flavours. Nettle leaf also blends beautifully with softer herbs such as peppermint, lemon balm, spearmint and raspberry leaf, or with more robust botanicals like dandelion leaf, alfalfa and horsetail.

How to Use
Add 1–2 teaspoons of dried nettle leaf to a cup or teapot. Cover with freshly boiled water and steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain.
Enjoy on its own or blend with other herbs to create your own loose-leaf herbal tea.
