Perfect as a morning or afternoon cup, this sencha can be enjoyed hot or iced, on its own or with a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness. Brew 1 teaspoon per 250 ml at around 70–80°C for 1–3 minutes to avoid bitterness and capture its sweet, umami notes
